Cora Emmanuel thought of having an ordinary day with her piano lesson when her mom convinced to join a modelling competition. This unexpected moment marked the start of a career that she never thought until the industry took her seriously. It is never hard to notice her strong cheekbones and sweet smile from the group of potential girls back in the Elite Model Look. The then-boyish model debuted in New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011 under New York Models.
The year 2012 turned out to be superior for her, modelling for well-known designers in New York. She also gathered the attention of top casting director John Pfeiffer resulting to become the opener and last model on Botegga Venetta Spring/Summer 2012. This also marked her debut on Vogue Paris for their November 2012 issue ending the year in a high note. In photographs, her face shows a clever balance between fragility and aggression which is a renewed spin on the word striking.
For this year, she joined The Society, the New York affiliate of Elite Paris where she is also signed with.
