Model: Daphne Groeneveld
Agencies: Supreme (NY)/ Select (London)/ Women (Paris & Milan)

A dutch beauty with  a very exaggerated features. An example of a true high fashion face that has proven the world that she is not just your typical blonde model. Daphne first signed with Bloom Management – Amsterdam at an early age and her representation with prestigious agencies such as Supreme and Women Worldwide came to place. You don’t expect a regular person giving her a second look, but who cares! the fashion industry and its followers has given her attention that led her to booking a number blue chipped shows, a VOGUE Paris cover and campaigns (Miu Miu, D Squared – to name a few!).  Just this month, she graced the cover of the April 2013 issue of Harper’s Bazaar Espana looking more lady like but still keeping her sweet dutch smile.

I personally enjoyed drawing her especially her severely mesmerizing eyes and pout lips, and the best of all, she is very memorable on the runway as her face stands out the most. =)

Bless the Models!!!

  1. Love it, you’re very talented, I even like her in your drawing more than her pictures. Daphne has one of the weirdest faces, I could never decide if I like her or not.

    1. Thank you =) She reminded me actually of an angelic version of Lily McMenammy.. She is what we call a pure high fashion model, unlike some girls like Herieth Paul and Caonstance J who can be commercial and high fashion at the same time..
